Prizma is a color-memory training game for iPhone. Each round, you are shown a color for a few seconds. Then you recreate it using three sliders (Hue, Saturation, Brightness). Your accuracy is scored up to 1000 points — the closer your mix, the higher your score.
It's a simple loop that becomes surprisingly deep: your eye sharpens, your intuition for color evolves, and your score climbs the global leaderboard.
1. Memorize — A color fills the screen. Study it for the countdown duration.
2. Recreate — Three HSB sliders appear. Drag them to match the color you saw.
3. Score — Your result is calculated using CIEDE2000, the industry standard for perceptual color difference. 1000 = perfect match. 0 = as far off as possible.
4. Repeat — In Classic mode, you play 5 rounds and get a total score. In Endless mode, you keep going until you stop. In Daily Challenge, everyone plays the same color each day.
Tips:
Not at all. Color memory is a genuine skill that improves with practice. Most new players score 600–750 on their first sessions. With a few weeks of daily play, 900+ becomes common. The leaderboard shows weekly bests, so you always have a fresh start.
Prizma is free to play. Ads (banners, interstitials between games, and occasional rewarded ads) allow us to keep the game free. If you prefer an ad-free experience, a one-time premium upgrade is available in Settings.
Rewarded ads in Daily mode give you a second attempt at the daily color — watching the ad is always optional.
The Daily Challenge color is derived from a deterministic seed based on the current UTC date. Everyone in the world sees the exact same color on the same day. There is no randomness — the color is fixed for 24 hours and resets at midnight UTC.
Yes. All three game modes work fully offline. Your scores will sync to the leaderboard the next time you have an internet connection. Ads will not show without connectivity, which may cause banner areas to be blank temporarily.
Your stats (streak, average score, total games) are stored locally on your device. They are not backed up to iCloud. If you reinstall the app or restore from a backup, local stats start fresh. Your leaderboard entries (linked to your anonymous UUID) remain on the server.
To avoid losing stats: do not delete the app if you care about local history.
As your average score increases, you are assigned a color rank tier: Novice → Apprentice → Craftsman → Expert → Master → Grand Master. Your rank is displayed on the leaderboard next to your name.
The "Play Again" button in Daily mode shows a rewarded ad. If no ad is available (no connectivity, or no ad filled), the second try is granted automatically. If the button does nothing, check your internet connection and try once more.
iOS requires all apps that use advertising networks to ask permission before using your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads. This is Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. The prompt appeared after your first completed round.
You are automatically assigned an anonymous profile when you first play. Go to Profile → Edit Name to set a display name. After any game session, your score is submitted and will appear on the leaderboard within seconds.
Email support@prizma.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your anonymous Player ID (found in Settings → About → Player ID). We will delete your leaderboard entries, profile, and all associated data within 30 days.
Every display renders color differently (brightness, color profile, True Tone). This is expected. The scoring compares the numeric values you entered against the target — not what either screen physically displays. Everyone plays on the same mathematical playing field.
You can share a Challenge Link from the results screen to invite a friend to play the exact same set of colors. Their result will appear next to yours. There is no real-time multiplayer.
Interstitials appear at most once every few rounds (default: every 3 rounds) and with a minimum cooldown between them. They never appear on your very first game after install. Upgrading to premium removes all interstitial and banner ads.
